Delivery
We deliver worldwide. Please get in touch with me via elles@elleslepetitatelier.com if your country is not on the list. This way we can add your shipping location to our list so you can order your new favorite goods.
You can calculate the shipping costs in your cart. Final shipping estimates for your country are determined during checkout.
Exchanges, & Withdrawal
Please note that these are non-refundable / exchangeable / as they are a digital asset.
For services and digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium:
If the consumer chooses a digital or virtual product or work of art, it cannot be returned due to copying the product.
In the case of custom work, costs are charged for producing the artwork. No right of withdrawal applies to this because the entrepreneur is working on a work of art specifically for the consumer. With a commission, a deposit is charged in advance to cover these costs.
